Download Problems

The installer file has been fully tested and should install Search Maker Pro correctly.

However occasionally you may see "installer is corrupt, please redownload" or similar messages.

If this happens then please clear your temporary Internet files and try downloading the file again.

To clear your temporary Internet files:

Using Internet Explorer 6:

Select the Tools > Internet Options menu
Click the Delete Files... button

Using Internet Explorer 7:

Select the Tools > Delete Browsing History menu

Using Firefox:

Select the Tools > Options menu
Click the Privacy Icon
Click Clear Cache Now button on the Cache tab
