This copy of the Search Maker Pro software
license is provided for reference only. The copy that accompanies
your software distribution replaces this reference copy.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By receiving and/or using this Search Maker Pro software, you accept
the
following End User License Agreement (EULA).
Evaluation Version:
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this
software for
evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. Upon
payment of a
registration fee the software will change from Evaluation Mode to
Fully Licensed
Version.
Fully Licensed Version:
Each licensed copy of the Search Maker Pro software may be used in
only one
single location by one user. "Use" of the software means that you
have loaded,
installed, or run the software on to a computer. If you install the
software
onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual
user of the
software must be licensed separately or licensed through a license
pack or be
covered by a site or corporate license.
To use Search Maker Pro as an upgrade, you must first be licensed
for an earlier
version of the application. After upgrading, you may no longer use
the
application that formed the basis for your upgrade eligibility.
For Evaluation Mode and Fully Licensed Version:
The search engine that is created with Search Maker Pro may be
freely distributed on an Internet Server, Intranet Server, CD, DVD
or other offline media. You agree to distribute any generated search
engine in such a manner is as covered by this license agreement.
You shall not copy, modify, translate the software;
reverse-engineer,
dissemble, or decompile the software, sublicense, rent, lease, or
assign any
portion of the software; transfer the software to any other party;
transfer
registration details to any other party, publicize or distribute any
registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes
used by this
software. This software is protected by copyright laws and
international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties.
The license is effective from your acceptance until terminated. The
license may
be terminated by either party at any time and without notice. The
license will
terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or
condition of the
license. Upon termination, the licensee agrees to destroy all copies
of the
software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. In
no event
will anyone be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect,
incidental or
consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the
software,
including without limitation to; damages for loss of business
profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
loss arising
out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if dealers,
or
suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. No
representation is made that the software or documentation are
"error-free", or
meet any user 's particular standards, requirements, or needs.
No responsibility is assumed for any functionality changes to our
software or media containing our software, arising from
circumstances beyond our control including changes to browsers or
the Microsoft operating system.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT. UNDERSTAND IT AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
